About Garrett

Garrett Kennedy is a Sarnia-Lambton REALTOR® and the driving force behind much of the day-to-day work, technology and marketing at The Kennedy Stonehouse Realty Group.

Garrett takes a hands-on approach with his clients, focusing on clear communication, detailed preparation and making sure people understand the decisions in front of them. From online marketing and property presentation to buyer searches, follow-up systems and transaction coordination, he is constantly looking for better ways to make the real estate process more organized, informed and effective.

He works closely alongside Fred Stonehouse, whose four decades of local real estate experience provide an invaluable perspective when it comes to pricing, negotiating and navigating the situations that only years in the business can truly prepare someone for.
